You know... I think time really did used to pass more slowly I don't think that it's relative, I think it really is speeding up...
I've suspected this for some time. Sequels to movies are coming out much faster now than they used to.. It took 15 years to unleash the entire Police Academy series, and now we're already in line for Cheaper by the Dozen 2. And they didn't even go for a clever punn, like Cheaper By The Baker's Dozen..
